Even if your rumination voice is saying you don’t deserve it, self-validate because it’s effective.

    “I’m not alone here. Everyone struggles with rumination at one time or another.”

    “This is so hard to work with because it’s a habit.”

    “Change takes time…I can do this step by step…”
